Budding artists have the chance to put their skills to use during holidays in Greece this summer.
Writing for the Mirror, travel editor Marjorie Yue outlines a series of holidays that enable people to learn and relax.
The Ionian village of Paleros on the Greek mainland is the perfect place to "unleash your inner Picasso" on a painting and drawing course, claims Yue.
"The stunning scenery, clear blues seas and white houses of this pretty fishing village should provide more than enough material, helped along by tuition from a local artist, Barbara de Machula," she said.
Meanwhile, people on holiday in Greece are also able to savour the flavours of Mediterranean cuisine, which has been touted as the answer to a happier life.
Researchers in Spain claim that in a study of 10,094 healthy men and women, those who followed a Mediterranean diet had a 30 per cent reduction in the risk of depression, reports the Northern Territory News.
