Catch a glimpse of the Pope during holidays in Cyprus

People on holiday in Cyprus during June may be lucky enough to meet the Pope as he visits the island.
Pope Benedict XVI's visit to the Greek island will be the first made by a pope in modern times, reports the Cyprus Mail.
He is due to arrive on June 4th, with an official reception ceremony hosted by President Demetris Christofias being held at Paphos airport.
The pope will then depart for the Church of Ayia Kyriaki, where he is expected to hold an hour-long outdoor Divine Liturgy service, the news provider reports.
"Benedict may also visit the archaeological site of the mosaics before departing for Nicosia where he will stay overnight at the nunciature, which occupies a wing of the Franciscan convent in old Nicosia near to the Holy Cross Catholic Church," it states.
Pilgrims from Greece, Israel and Lebanon are expected to travel to Cyprus for the occasion.
