Q. Can I change the dates of my booking?
A. We will make every effort to meet your requests, however there are usually administrative costs associated with this. Within 12 weeks of the departure will be treated as a cancellation, please see our cancellation section of our Terms and Conditions.
Q. If I make a Villa only booking can I add flights at a later date?
A. Yes, we would be happy to change a villa only booking to a package holiday according to availability. A package holiday also gives you the extra protection of our TTA licence, subject to flight seat availability.
Q. Can I add cots, highchairs or car seats to my booking?
Travel cots, cot linen and high chairs are provided at no extra charge for package holidays,please let us know by e-mail if required. Our cots and high chairs all meet EU standards.
Q. If another person would like to join us, can they be add them to the booking?
A. Extra guests can be added at a later date as long as the occupancy is not exceeded. For villa and self catering bookings there is no additional charge as the accommodation is sold per property basis and not per person. Extra beds can be added with no extra charge.
For package holidays another flight can be added to the booking for the extra person. Alternatively if they want to get their own flights there is an administration fee to add the extra person to the booking.
Q. How can I pre-book my seats on the flight?
A. You can pre-book your seats direct with the airline after the flights have been confirmed, you will quote your flight reference number. There is normally an extra charge for pre- booking seats.
Q. Can I change the duration of my holiday?
A. Depending on the dates the accommodation dates can be moved according to availability. During high season we keep villa and self catering changeover days to Mondays.
