Stephani House is in one of our most favourite locations and sits just a stone's throw from the sea front at Agios Stephanos. A traditional property that has recently benefited from some modernisation offers good, clean and spacious holiday accommodation.
Elegantly furnished and offering three good sized bedrooms, the house also boasts both ground floor and first floor terraces.
Looking onto the main street you can enjoy the real feeling of village life and immerse yourself into this relaxed and easy day to day pace.
On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living/dining area and well-fitted kitchen, as well as a small utility room. On this floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Stairs lead up to two more bedrooms, also with ensuite bathroom facilities and access to the superb first floor terrace where sun loungers are also provided.
The convenient location of this lovely house, together with the warmth and wonderful hospitality of the local people make for a truly relaxing holiday in a traditionally Greek setting and it is highly recommended to people, families and groups of all ages.
The first glimpse of Agios Stefanos from the hills above is breathtaking and it is immediately apparent that this is one of the jewels of Corfu. The short, winding drive down will take you straight into the pretty harbour area of the village. Past a couple of tavernas and you arrive at the much sought after Stephani House, located just a few steps from the waterfront.
As well as the usual, necessary amenities such as supermarkets and souvenir shops, the village has several very good, traditional tavernas offering a wide range of delicious Greek specialities all day long. The service is excellent, relaxed and informal. There are also a couple of comfortable waterfront bars where you can enjoy a wide range of refreshments, cocktails, snacks and other beverages whilst listening to the lapping of small waves a stone’s throw away. All the café-bars and restaurants are situated along the harbour front and have the most enviable positions for people to sit and watch the world go by.
