The villa is one of two almost identical properties that has been beautifully constructed using light natural stone. Extensive terraces maximise outdoor living and the focus is on good holiday living.
A comfortable twin room with ensuite bathroom occupies the lower level and leads out onto the pool area. From here external steps lead up to the main living area of the house, incorporating a living/dining room and very smart, modern kitchen, complete with all modern conveniences. There is even a fireplace which can be used if necessary in the cooler months. On this floor there is a twin room with ensuite shower room as well as a double room with bath and shower. Sliding patio doors in all rooms lead out onto balconies overlooking the pool area.
The master bedroom is reached via a central staircase leading up from the main living area. This room is extremely spacious and has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower as well as its own balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture.
Situated at the back of the house is a patio area with a BBQ. For comfort and convenience there is also outdoor furniture placed here.
The well-designed pool area and patio are created using a smart combination of stonework and beautiful brick work, together with the Greek touch of olive trees, evergreen plants and summer flowers. A wall running between the pools separates the two properties but for groups who wish to be together there is a private gateway which opens up therefore allowing the two houses to be used as one.
All balconies offer varying views of the sea, the countryside and other hilltop villas in the distance. Highly sought after and highly recommended, there is no doubt these spacious, modern villas have everything required for a stress free summer holiday.
For large parties, external, interconnecting gateways allow the two villas to be sold as one and they can sleep up to 16 people.
