You will find the air-conditioned living area has sofas and easy chairs, and the main dining table seats six. There is a fully-equipped kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes, dressing table and the ensuite bathroom contains a shower, WC and washing machine.
The two other bedrooms are accessed through a hallway off the living area. Each has two single beds, a dressing table and plenty of wardrobe space. French windows give access to the terrace. The second bathroom, with shower and WC, is adjacent to these bedrooms.
The private swimming pool is below the villa, and is gated to help keep small children safe. It is surrounded by sun terraces, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas, to ensure you relax in comfort after taking a dip. Villa Dimitri itself benefits from an independent position and so offers a degree of calm and privacy.
Villa Dimitri has extensive verandas which run down either side of it and give superb views across to Albania and Corfu Town, or as far as the island of Paxos on a clear day. The combination of these splendid views, excellent location and secluded atmosphere make this villa a lovely home for your holiday.
Surrounded by acres of olive and pine trees that tumble down to the lovely beach of Kerasia, Villa Dimitri has easy access to Sinies village square (300m away) and is positioned on the quiet lane that leads to the blue flag beach at Kerasia, a mere ten minutes' walk away. The stunning Avlaki beach, which has two tavernas and a sailing school for windsurfers and dinghy sailing, is only a 5 minute drive away.
The nearest place of note is the upmarket harbour village of Agios Stephanos, perhaps the prettiest bay on this stretch of the coast. There is a choice of excellent waterfront tavernas and a couple of romantic bars. This picturesque fishing village has a charming, traditional feel to it but offers a choice of shops and some excellent tavernas - we particularly like The Eucalyptus - and a couple of quite sophisticated bars for those looking for some nightlife.
Agios Stephanos has its own small beach with wooden jetties, ideal for sunbathing or fishing. You can rent a boat here if you fancy touring the pretty bays that run up and down the coastline.
This location offers guests a compelling package: a beautiful little harbour with a great choice of facilities, blue flag beaches on your doorstep and wonderful views over to the mainland. It is of little wonder that visitors choose to return Agios Stephanos year after year.
