Divided into two sections, the main part of the property houses the master bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with breakfast room and living area, whilst the other two bedrooms (a twin and a double) and bathroom are accessed separately across a covered courtyard.
A superb, circular swimming pool is located towards one side of the villa, alongside a covered pergola with a dining area and built-in barbecue. Next to the pool is a very sunny area for sunbathing and offers fabulous views of the bay. The terrace stretches the length of the villa and has a shady covered area with a table and chairs to enjoy cool drinks and also has stunning views across the sea towards the mainland and Albania. A winding drive leads up to the villa and there is a parking area.
The nearby resorts of Kouloura and Kalami are a short distance away by car but are also within walking distance. The larger resort of Kassiopi is approximately 10 minutes away by car. It should be noted that there are some steps inside and around the villa but its general design and location make it a popular choice for people and families of all ages.
