Villa Philomena is a holiday villa set in private and beautiful surroundings. Built to a high standard this villa is just a short walk to the village of Kassiopi and is perfect for those who do not wish to include car hire as part of their holiday package. The villa can very comfortably accommodate up to 8 people who can enjoy spacious surroundings and long lazy days by the private pool.
Each of the four bedrooms in this villa, which are located either on the top floor or the ground floor, has an ensuite bathroom, and collectively, there is the choice of bath, single sized showers or a double sized shower. Three of the rooms have double beds and one has twin, however the beds can be changed from double to single. For extra comfort all windows and patio doors have mosquito guards.
As would be expected the kitchen is very stylish and fully functional with all mod cons including dishwasher and fruit juice maker. The kitchen area follows through to an 8-seater dining area and comfortable living room with TV, DVD player, CD player with MP3 input and a Sky Digital Box.
From the living area terrace doors lead out onto steps straight down to the lovely swimming pool area. Sunbeds, parasols and outdoor furniture ensure this villa lives up to its expectations of being an ideal holiday home.
