Villa Dafne is a two bed room villa and situtated in an ideal location for a holiday on Crete.
The living area comprises of a modern kitchen with an open plan eating and lounge area. Patio doors lead out on to the terrace and pool area.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed and one has twin beds. They are both air conditioned. They share a family bathroom with a full bath.
Lake Kournas is the only natural lake on Crete. Protected, it is popular with nature lovers and a great place to explore. There are a few tavarnas along the lake front and some scattered beaches, all within 1 km of the villa. If you would prefer somewhere more populated the resort of Georgioupolis is only a 10 minute drive away.
The villa is next door to Villa Rea, with a similar layout and pool. Both villas can be booked together making this an ideal combination for large groups and families that like to holiday together.

Direct flights are also available to Crete from Dublin.
Chania Airport (Crete) - there are flights departing from Birmingham, Gatwick, Manchester and Newcastle on Tuesdays.
Daily flights to Crete are available from Athens Airport.

The palace of Knossos is a must see attraction of Crete, unfortunately in high season it can also be hot and crowded. So be sure to take a bottle of water in with you. The informative signs are good, however an informative guide really can make the resort come alive.
