The villa is all on a single level and stands in well-kept, lawned gardens.. Lemon and olive trees add to the greenery, while the rectangular pool is positioned so you can fully appreciate the views while you swim and sunbathe. Steps from the poolside lead up to a covered terrace, which provides another great vantage point for enjoying the setting and al-fresco meals cooked on the barbecue.
Inside, the villa is spacious and modern, with simple, cream décor and gleaming ceramic floors. The open-plan living area is furnished with comfortable cream sofas and a dining table and features two patio doors to the outside terrace. Next to the dining area is a neat, modern kitchen fitted with all the mod cons, including a washing machine and microwave.
All three bedrooms are bright and fresh, with pale pastel soft furnishings, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom or shower room. The master double is the pick of the bunch, as it opens onto its own area of terrace facing the pool and sea beyond.
