Villa Codrus is located on the edge of the Akamas National Park. The holiday villa is set in a very quiet and private surroundings, with fantastic views over the surrounding countryside and some breathtaking sea views. A delightful taverna is just a 10 minute walk from the villa and the resort of Coral Bay is a 10 minute drive. This villa has all the vital ingredients that you require for a memorable holiday in Cyprus.
This beautiful house is surrounded by enclosed gardens and extensive terraces. There are lovely archways, which adorn the front terrace, simply a great place to admire the glorious views and appreciate the gentle sea breezes.
You enter the villa via impressive double doors and into a small entrance lobby which in turn leads to the cool, attractive lounge. This is furnished in the most opulent style with comfy settees and chair and boasts feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels), videa player and CD player. The room is decorated in cool, calming shades of cream and dusky pink. Two large picture windows face to the Akamas and patio doors lead directly onto the front terrace. The separate well fitted kitchen in natural wood leads off from this area and has dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
From the entrance lobby there is a cloakroom with washbasin and WC. A marble staircase then leads to the first floor and a spacious landing. Patio doors open from here onto the spacious upper terrace from where you can fully appreciate the views that abound.
The master bedroom is very well furnished with Italian furniture. It has a double bed, dressing area, beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom and two picture windows to the front of the property plus a patio door to a rear balcony. The second bedroom is a twin and most tastefully furnished, having two large windows and patio door to yet another balcony. The third bedroom, again a twin, has views to three sides of the property and access to the large upper terrace. A full family bathroom separates these two twin rooms.
Outside the 9 metre rectangular pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with barbecue and there is ample patio furniture for relaxing and dining outdoor

Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast.
