This charming villa is located at the end of a quiet road, in the prestigious Sea Caves area of Coral Bay, yet only a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. The resort centre of Coral; Bay is only a 10 minute walk from the villa.
The living accommodation at Villa Eos is all on one level. At the front of the villa is a small hall with a cloakroom. Almost running the length of the villa is a spacious open plan lounge/dining room with comfortable sofas and satellite TV, DVD player and Sony Playstation 2. An attractive arch leads to the kitchen area, which is very well fitted and has dining table, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
At the back of the villa is an inner hall that leads to three air-conditioned bedrooms. A pretty twin has views over the pool and has bathroom en-suite. The two remaining bedrooms are a twin and a double both with bathrooms en-suite and views to the garden.
The exterior of Villa Eos is what makes it stand out from other villas in the area. In total the pool and grounds extend to over half an acre. An attractive covered terrace runs the whole way around the rear of the villa and this is the perfect venue for Al fresco dining. At the far end of the terrace is a covered gazebo and hot tub, both of these can be enjoyed whilst having a glass of wine on your Cyprus holiday.
The superb 9 metre pool with surrounding terraces is set amongst spacious lawns and tropical plants.
