Villa Leda is set in a quiet location surrounded by vineyards, banana plantations and open fields, an ideal location for a peaceful villa holiday in Cyprus. This bright and airy villa is just a 5 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants of the popular Coral Bay resort. The nearest beach is just a 6 minutes walk from this delightful holiday villa.
The open plan lounge is on two levels, with patio doors leading to an arches terrace to both the front and side of the property. At the back of the lounge is the dining area and from here you access the kitchen with additional dining table and patio doors leading onto a terrace and the back garden. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
Upstairs the large landing area has bamboo seating and patio doors leading onto a private balcony. The master bedroom has a king size bed, patio doors leading onto a balcony and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a twin which has an en-suite shower. The third is again a twin which has patio doors leading onto a balcony, with full en-suite bathroom.
The pretty 12 metre swimming pool is surrounded by sunny terraces ideal for enjoying the Cypriot sunshine.
Villa Leda is just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Coral Bay and a 6 minute walk to the nearest beach.
Coral Bay has a large, sweeping beach with beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast.
