Situated on the outskirts of Coral Bay, Villa Lycus is set in extensive grounds and only a short walk to local bars, restaurants and beaches, with so much to see and do, you wont get bored with your holiday in Cyprus at this delightful villa.
Villa Lycus is located in large private grounds, yet only a short walk to local bars, restaurants and beaches. The spacious lounge/dining area has patio doors leading onto the pool terrace. There is a further dining area with a patio door leading to the pool terrace and through to the kitchen which also has direct access to the grassy area and pool terrace. From the kitchen a corridor leads to a full family bathroom and the first of the bedrooms which is a twin room, then on to the utility room. The galleried landing leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading to a small balcony. The master bedroom, with full en-suite bathroom, boasts a Jacuzzi bath and patio doors leading onto a small balcony. The final bedroom is a twin with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a larger balcony.
Outside the pool terrace is surrounded by lawns and there is a pretty covered pergola and barbecue area for dining al fresco.
Villa Lycus is a short walk from a fantastic beach and the Cypriot resort of Coral Bay.
Coral Bay which has a large, sweeping beach with beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast.
