Villa Mettis is located in large grounds; on a small residential cul-de-sac overlooking the sparkling Meditterian, a small supermarket and restaurant are just a short walk from the villa. The nearest beach is only a 5 minute drive and Coral Bay beach and resort can be reached in 10 minutes.
The open plan living area is laid out to ensure full appreciation of the sea views from indoors. The dining area is separated from the kitchen with a breakfast bar. Two sets of patio doors lead onto the terrace to the front and another set lead onto a rear patio furnished with a patio table and chairs. On this floor you will also find a guest bathroom.
Upstairs on the landing is a large sofa bed. The first of the villa's three bedrooms is a master double with en-suite shower room and patio doors leading onto a large covered balcony which is fully furnished with bamboo furniture. There are also two twin bedrooms which share the full family bathroom. One of these rooms also opens out onto the covered terrace.
The 10 metre pool is set within the mature gardens and this area is well furnished for dining and relaxing outdoors. There is a thatched pergola for relaxing in the shade and there is a brick built barbecue for enjoying those meals al-fresco.

Coral Bay has a large, sweeping beach with beach bar, several water sports facilities and a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The nearby, traditional, Cypriot village of Kissonerga has coffee shops and taverns where you can enjoy the friendly company of the locals and there are supermarkets and shops in the area. Wonderful fresh fruit straight out of the citrus groves, vineyards and banana plantations can be bought at the roadside and there are small seaside bars along the coast.
