Property details

A pretty villa perfectly positioned next to a beach and within a short walk of local tavernas.

These stunning villas are beautifully maintained and are located in one of our favourite spots on Kefalonia.

This delightful villa is a great option for small familes or couples. A bedroom and bathroom on each floor provides extra privacy.

The ground floor comprises of well equipped and modern kitchen, lounge area and dining table. French windows lead out onto the pool area. The twin air conditioned bedroom also leads out on to the sun terrace.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a private balcony and looks out over countryside.

The pool is 3.5m x 7.5m and features roman steps. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are provided and lawned areas surround the pool.

The villa collection lies alongside the sea and it is 2 minute walk to the nearest beach which connects to Karavomylos where there is a lake replenished from water that flows through the islands underground lakes. It is also a pleasurable 1km stroll along the beach to the main harbour front of Sami.

Why Holiday in Kefalonia?

Kefalonia is the largest of the Ionian Islands, but among the least commercialised. The coastline offers mile after mile of sandy beaches and unspoilt rural areas that are waiting to be explored.

The weather on the island of Kefalonia consists of rainy winters and dry, hot summers. With higher winter rainfall, Kefalonia boasts verdant plains, forests and hillsides dotted with grazing mountain goats.

Great food is certainly a feature of Kefalonia. Feta cheeses from goats and ewes milk, olives and fresh fish from the ports at Sami, Poros, Argostoli and Fiskardo are among the islands' specialities served at excellent tavernas across Kefalonia.
