The panoramic views from all angles of the villa are stunning as you look down across an area dotted with private villas towards the Ionian Sea and the Island of Zante in the distance.
The villa is reached via a short unmade lane off a quiet sleepy country road and takes around 30 minutes to reach the airport or 30 minutes to the capital of Argostoli by car. Peace and privacy is assured at Villa Battus and the accommodation consists of a very large open plan air-conditioned lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen, which is nicely fitted in dark oak units and comes complete with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Off from the kitchen an inner hall leads to a cloakroom with WC and the first of the villas four air- conditioned bedrooms. This is a twin with patio doors to a small terrace on the side of the villa and a large double shower room en-suite. The second twin bedroom leads off from the hall and faces the front of the property with a side terrace and boasts a large double shower en-suite.
A marble staircase leads to the first floor and the two double bedrooms. The first has patio doors leading to a small terrace with seating overlooking the pool with those fabulous views and this has full bathroom with shower en-suite. The master double bedroom is on the opposite side of the house and has patio doors leading to a very large terrace with seating and sun loungers. This again takes full advantage of the villas stunning position. There is a small dressing area and double shower room en-suite.
