This modern villa is the ideal choice for a holiday. With scenic views, the elevated position enjoys a rural setting. Only a short drive from the shops, bars and tavernas of Skiathos Town.
A highlight of the property is its wonderful outlook. The garden and pool are both at the rear, giving them fabulous views over the surrounding mountains. A furnished dining terrace with a stone-built barbecue sits to one side of pool, so you can cook alfresco meals without missing out on the scenery.
The villa itself is contemporary in style, with spacious interiors and a muted coffee-and-cream colour scheme. An open-plan living area takes up the first floor with stylish sofas and a corner fireplace forming the heart of the space.
The sofas convert to sofa beds that can sleep 2 children (under 11 years).
A smart kitchen and dining area are here, too, along with doors out to a shaded balcony, which offers up more of those stunning views. The villa also has plenty of home entertainments, with extras such as wifi, a DVD player and a flatscreen satellite TV.
The bright and airy bedrooms are found on the ground floor and link to their own ensuite bathroom or shower room. Both are simply done out with white walls and solid wood bedsteads, and like the rest of the house, air-conditioning to help keep you cool. In another nice touch, both also feature doors out to the garden and pool.

There are direct flights to Skiathos from the following UK airports: Birmingham, East Midlands, Gatwick, Manchester or Newcastle with most flights departing on Fridays. Daily flights are available from Athens Airport to Skiathos.
