Entry to the top floor of Villa Ioa is to a large open plan area which has a huge double bed with en-suite w/c shower room and a sea facing balcony. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining area with a big wooden dining table. The living room has comfortable sofas which can be made into one double bed and one single bed, so sleeping another 3 persons. There is also a luxurious bathroom with ½ bath on this floor and the spacious terrace is reached via the sitting room giving exceptional views of the sea and neighbouring islands.
Villa Ioa is situated 3 kilometres from Skiathos Town and just 400 metres from the beautiful beach of Vassilia with its deep, clear blue waters and offer privacy and peace in a relaxing atmosphere within this small complex of three villas.
