Large terra cotta pots spilling beautiful flowers decorate terraces which enjoy some of the best views on the island. There is plenty of space here, whether you are lounging by the pool or enjoying an al fresco meal, you’ll be able to watch the boats make their way to and from the harbour and see the sun set over whitewashed houses of Skopelos Town.
Plenty of exposed wood and slate floors give a wonderfully traditional feel to the interior of this villa. The country kitchen is simple but well-equipped, while the spacious sitting room has room to relax with a book or enjoy an evening meal. Double French doors lead out to the spacious terrace where many hours will be spent admiring the view.
From the sitting room, a wooden stairway leads up to the spacious loft bedroom which is furnished with two double beds at opposite ends of a room with high wood beamed ceiling and hill side views.
Another stairway from the sitting room leads to a common w/c shower room and the laundry room. The downstairs master bedroom is entered through a further door and can be closed off for privacy. This huge bedroom has slate floors and is has a double bed and walk-in wardrobe. There is a lovely alcove in the corner of the room which is furnished with a day-bed, the perfect place to escape the mid-afternoon sun. The highlight of the room though is the huge master bathroom, comprised of a w/c and a walk-down bathtub/shower with a seating area.

*No taxi transfers available. Due to the partial unmade approach road and steep drops to one side, a 4x4 jeep and a degree of driving skills are necessary.

A lovely drive past some of the islands most renowned monasteries brings you to the unmade road for the final 100meters to the villa. The stunning scenery and views will awe and inspire from these lofty heights. Its solitude and height up amongst the trees gives it a feel as if looking down from the clouds. The closest beach of Stafilos is just 9 km from the villa and town is reached in approximately 10 minutes drive. For those hikers and walkers, there are a multitude of beautiful donkey and mule tracks to explore as well as several open monasteries to visit.
The fact that there is no airport on Skopelos can only enhance your holiday as it means that none of the big package holiday companies go there.
To get to Skopelos you fly to Skiathos from either Birmingham, East Midlands, Gatwick, Manchester or Newcastle with most flights departing on Fridays. From Skiathos you take the Flying Dolphin which takes approx. 1 hour to reach Skopelos.
You will be met at Skiathos Airport where a taxi will be waiting to take you to the port for the next available hydrofoil or ferry. Another representative awaits your arrival on Skopelos.
Skopelos can also be reached by ferry from Agios Konstantinos on the mainland.
