These well-designed apartments have a patio that overlooks the verdant gardens and a pretty veranda. There are excellent views out to sea from the communal grounds, and there is a good-size swimming pool in addition to a barbecue area. Gentle steps lead down from the gardens to the lovely beach and harbour, which can also be reached by road.
The surrounding area, Bouka, is a sleepy fishing harbour with a handful of excellent restaurants. However, if you're looking for livelier spots, it is a short drive to Tsilivi. This bustling family resort has a comprehensive range of shops, restaurants and bars to explore.
Bouka Bay Apartments have one double bedroom with air-conditioning on the upper floor, and one twin bedroom on the lower floor. The lower bedroom has patio doors leading to a private terrace at the rear of the property.
All apartments have a comfortable, open-plan living room and a kitchenette equipped with a good range of appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils. If required, a child's bed can be accommodated in the living room.
Each apartment also has two bathrooms, the first beside the double bedroom and the second beside the twin bedroom. The first has a bath with shower, basin and WC while the second has a shower, basin and WC. The two bedroom apartments occupy the ground floor. Internal stairs lead to the second bedroom on the lower ground floor at the rear of the property.
We recommend a hire car for going out in the evenings and for exploring the rest of this island. These apartments are in a great location for proximity to the beach and enjoying your holiday in Zante.

This sleepy little fishing harbour provides an unbeatable mix of the peace and tranquillity of Bouka itself combined with its accessibility to busier and more lively resorts and all the facilities they offer. It is less than a five minute drive (or a twenty minute walk along the beach) from the bustling family resort of Tsilivi with its comprehensive range of shops, restaurants and bars and only fifteen minutes from the capital of the island, Zakynthos Town, with its lovely port and squares.
It has its own beach, complete with a small beach bar that serves snacks and drinks during the day, and is flanked by larger beaches that, while being that bit busier, offer a comprehensive choice of watersports and tavernas. These include the highly recommended Vineyard, which is considered to be one of the best fish tavernas on the island with unbelievably welcoming hospitality and food to match.
Bouka provides you with a delightful holiday setting in which to relax and unwind. Secluded and unhurried without being isolated, this is an altogether enchanting spot full of character and charm.
Hot summers and warm evenings are assured on this southernmost Ionian Island. Visitors will find established resorts with plenty of amenities and activities to keep the children busy.

The majority of Zante flights depart on Sundays and Thursdays. There are no flights from the UK available on Saturdays, when direct flight instead run from Cork and Dublin. Daily flights to Zante are available from Athens Airport.

Zante is known as the most important nesting ground for the endangered species of loggerhead sea-turtles, the Caretta-Caretta, and a national marine park had been created to protect and preserve these creatures. During the summer months, holidaymakers can visit Kalamaki or Laganags and take a glass-bottomed boat trip to view the turtles in their natural habitat and even swim with them.
