This 2 bedroom villa offers tradition with a modern touch of luxury. The villa grounds are wonderfully maintained, with lawned areas and flower borders and Mediterranean plants. Emphasis is placed on detail and service.
On the ground floor, the two bedroom villa is comprised of a fully equipped, modern kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area. The double sofa bed also offers extra sleeping space. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with twin beds and a separate bathroom with a bath. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace.
The stylish staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room. French windows lead out onto a pretty balcony. The bedrooms are attractively furnished and offer lots of storage space. Both bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and there is also a small television in the master bedroom.
Outside, each villa has an independent pool and outdoor terrace. Sun loungers, umbrella and even pool towels are provided for your comfort. Relax on the shady terrace and enjoy a long cool drink and outdoor dining. We love the unique dinner service that allows you to enjoy a private restaurant experience in the comfort of your own villa and no need to wash up afterwards, heaven!
Kookis Village is a little bit special. Perfect for families and couples that are looking for a peaceful, but central location with no need for a car.

Kookis Village is very well placed for other local services such as a bus stop (200m), a chemist (5km in Lithakia), a cashpoint ATM (8km in Laganas), minimarket (200m in Keri), a doctor (8km in Laganas), hospital (15km in Zante Town).
Hot summers and warm evenings are assured on this southernmost Ionian Island. Visitors will find established resorts with plenty of amenities and activities to keep the children busy.
We specialise in Zante villas and apartments outside resorts and in quieter areas on the island such as Bouka and Vassilikos. Enjoy the calm turquoise waters that lap golden beaches along the South coast or explore the more rugged Northern corners of the island. Shipwreck Bay (Navagio Beach) and the Blue Caves are certainly worth seeing.

The majority of Zante flights depart on Sundays and Thursdays. There are no flights from the UK available on Saturdays, when direct flight instead run from Cork and Dublin. Daily flights to Zante are available from Athens Airport.

Zante is known as the most important nesting ground for the endangered species of loggerhead sea-turtles, the Caretta-Caretta, and a national marine park had been created to protect and preserve these creatures. During the summer months, holidaymakers can visit Kalamaki or Laganags and take a glass-bottomed boat trip to view the turtles in their natural habitat and even swim with them.
