We love Spring Cottage. Located in the sought after area of Amoudi, the cottage is in an elevated position just above Old Alykanas Beach. Enjoying sea views and the convenience of a sandy beach on your doorstep, we think the cottage is a super choice for a relaxing holiday.
Internally this one bedroom cottage is well laid out. The main living area features a comfortable sofa and dining table. The kitchen is practical and well equipped for your holiday needs. The sofa converts to a bed and is suitable for up to 2 people.
The bedroom has a double bed and windows looking out onto the terrace area. The bedroom is air conditioned.
The spacious front terrace has sun loungers and a table and chairs. Covered with vines, it is the perfect shady spot to enjoy the sea views. There is on site car parking.
A short one minute stroll takes you down to the beach. There is also a traditional sea front taverna here, perfect for enjoying a lazy lunch.
This local area is a traditional hamlet and a favourite with those looking for somewhere close to a sandy beach, with sea views and restaurants within walking distance, without the hustle and bustle of busy resorts.
The resort of Amoudi with its renowned fish tavernas is a 10 minute walk away.
Please note that the lane leading to cottage and beach is sloped and may not be suitable for guests with mobility concerns.

Flights to Zante leave from the following UK airports: Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Doncaster, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Gatwick, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle, Stansted.
The majority of Zante flights depart on Sundays and Thursdays. There are no flights from the UK available on Saturdays, when direct flight instead run from Cork and Dublin. Daily flights to Zante are available from Athens Airport.

Zante is known as the most important nesting ground for the endangered species of loggerhead sea-turtles, the Caretta-Caretta, and a national marine park had been created to protect and preserve these creatures. During the summer months, holidaymakers can visit Kalamaki or Laganags and take a glass-bottomed boat trip to view the turtles in their natural habitat and even swim with them.
