Both the location and layout of this villa is superb. Hidden away on a country lane, yet within a short walk from restaurants and two sandy beaches, makes the villa a real retreat.
Internally, the living area is all on one level and decorated in a nautical style . The open plan lounge area has patio doors that lead on to the covered terrace. There is a television and satelite offering many channels. The sofas can convert to single beds, suitable for 2 extra people.
A breakfast bar separates the kitchen, which is simply but well equipped for holiday catering and includes a full oven, fridge freezer and breakfast table.
There are two shower rooms, which is handy for sharing couples and busy families.
The master bedroom has a double bed and is bright and airy. The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The villa is also fitted with cooling ceiling fans, not that either will be needed as the position benefits from the gentle sea breeze.
The terrace offers plenty of shade and has panoramic sea views that look out to Kefalonia. The perfect place to relax and spend your afternoon escaping the heat of the day. Binochulars are provided so that you can spot the passing yachts.
The large and inviting pool is edged with grass lawns. Four sun loungers are provided and the pool is edged with stone seating. It enjoys total privacy.
The villa is surrounded by olive groves and established gardens and has a gated entrance.
A short stroll will take you to the sandy beach at Amoudi, or head to the pretty beach of Old Alykanas where you can spend the day on the beach and escape to the elevated terrace of the sea front taverna and enjoy the views. Some of the best tavernas on the island are within this area of Amoudi. A great choice for family and friends looking for a private villa, away from the madding crowd yet within walking distance of restaurants.

The majority of Zante flights depart on Sundays and Thursdays. There are no flights from the UK available on Saturdays, when direct flight instead run from Cork and Dublin. Daily flights to Zante are available from Athens Airport.

Zante is known as the most important nesting ground for the endangered species of loggerhead sea-turtles, the Caretta-Caretta, and a national marine park had been created to protect and preserve these creatures. During the summer months, holidaymakers can visit Kalamaki or Laganags and take a glass-bottomed boat trip to view the turtles in their natural habitat and even swim with them.
