This charming villa just 450 m away from Amboula beach in Tsilivi is a wonderful location in which to enjoy your family holiday.
The villa has stunning sea views and has a real sense of privacy with a is large swimming pool and terrace where you will definitely want to spend most of your time. The villa is enclosed and gated.
The villla has a contemporary feel with an open plan design giving a bright and spacious feel. It is comfortably furnished with a seperate dining area and a well equipped kitchen.
The villa has three bedrooms; the master bedroom is a double and has a private terrace with sea views leading out to the pool, and there are two further twin bedrooms and a modern bathroom is situated just opposite the master bedroom.
The villa is equipped with modern facilities and there is also a large T.V with DVD player and Satellite. English channels include sports, news and general entertainment UK channels. Books and various board games are also provided.
Each bedroom and the living room have individual air conditioning units that can also be used for heating.
The swimming pool is 7.5 metres by 4 metres. There is a shady pergola and a covered terrace. A large stone built barbecue is great for al fresco dining. Sun loungers are provided.

Tsilivi is situated on the South East coast of the idyllic island of Zante, 9km from the airport and 5km from the capital of the island, Zante Town. Tsilivi has fast become one of the main resorts on the island, bustling with many family run tavernas, restaurants, bars and nightclubs making it one of the islands 'hotspots' for entertaining nightlife.
Originally a small resort, it has expanded in recent years and become a great place to stay for lively exciting holidays without moving away from its traditional Greek heritage. The resort is set amongst olive groves and vineyards and its special features include a fantastic golden sandy beach of around 2km long that is well worthy of its Blue Flag reward.
