Rizolia Villas have been thoughtfully designed. Built in traditional stone, with stylish and inviting surroundings, they are both elegant yet practical. A well equipped kitchen and modern open plan lounge area offers space and relaxation. Opening the patio doors from the living area, you will step onto your own private terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and overlooking your own private pool. These villas incorporate all the elements needed for a super villa holiday. Set in pretty landscaped gardens, they are well maintained and are a great choice for families and couples alike.
On the ground floor, leading off from the spacious living area with its comfortable furnishings, you will find the master bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom, complete with bath/shower and w.c. Patio doors lead onto a small private terrace.
On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms, one with twin beds and one with a double bed. There is also a separate bathroom, complete with shower/bath and w.c. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms only.

The nearest supermarket is approximately 400 meters from the villa, a delightful tavern is just 600 meters from the villa and the nearest beach at Aghios Sostis is just 2 kilometres away.
An ideal location close to the traditional village of Lithakia, they are within easy reach of the sea front resort of Aghios Sostis and its renowned tavernas. The whole coastline has a range of sandy beaches. our favourite, being Porta Koukla. A short drive will bring you to Keri, on the South West coast of Zante. This little gem is a traditional resort, offering true authentic Greek style, complete with a small beach and wonderful fish tavernas. A many dreamy afternoon can be spent enjoying freshly caught grilled fish and a Greek Salad and watching the local fishing boats sail in and out of the harbour.
Hot summers and warm evenings are assured on this southernmost Ionian Island. Visitors will find established resorts with plenty of amenities and activities to keep the children busy.
We specialise in Zante villas and apartments outside resorts and in quieter areas on the island such as Bouka and Vassilikos. Enjoy the calm turquoise waters that lap golden beaches along the South coast or explore the more rugged Northern corners of the island. Shipwreck Bay (Navagio Beach) and the Blue Caves are certainly worth seeing.

The majority of Zante flights depart on Sundays and Thursdays. There are no flights from the UK available on Saturdays, when direct flight instead run from Cork and Dublin. Daily flights to Zante are available from Athens Airport.

Zante is known as the most important nesting ground for the endangered species of loggerhead sea-turtles, the Caretta-Caretta, and a national marine park had been created to protect and preserve these creatures. During the summer months, holidaymakers can visit Kalamaki or Laganags and take a glass-bottomed boat trip to view the turtles in their natural habitat and even swim with them.
