With a sea view canvas of Marathonisi island hanging from your balcony, this exemplary collection of luxury villas offers the finest in taste, location and design. Exensian resort is a masterful set of four private villas, each with private pool and situated in the hidden coastline of Marathia, which offers secluded swim stops, scenic countryside and superb local tavernas.
The main living area comprises of a living space with large comfortable sofa. The galley style kitchen is well equipped and there is a bathroom with bath tub. There is a flat screen satellite TV and DVD player.
The upper level loft space has a double bed and a private roof terrace.
Reached via external stairs the two other bedrooms occupy the lower ground floor. There is another bathroom on this level. This layout is perfect for families and friends that like extra privacy.

The large pool is edged with decking and lawned gardens. The swimming pool also boasts a reverse swimming function.
The villas are within a short walk of two excellent tavernas, serving excellent food and with a sea view setting. There is also the cove of Marathia within 500 metres walk. Off the beaten track, the small pebble beach is the perfect spot to enjoy the crystal sea.
Nearby Keri Harbour, is a 5 minute drive and offers a further selection of restaurants, many offering fresh fish and lobster dishes. You will also find a well stocked mini market and local bakery. There is also a beach and the water is perfect for swimming.
One of our favourite places, Keri has a lot to offer and we recommend you also explore the hillside traditional village with its donkey wide streets, before enjoying the views from the lighthouse.

The majority of Zante flights depart on Sundays and Thursdays. There are no flights from the UK available on Saturdays, when direct flight instead run from Cork and Dublin. Daily flights to Zante are available from Athens Airport.

Zante is known as the most important nesting ground for the endangered species of loggerhead sea-turtles, the Caretta-Caretta, and a national marine park had been created to protect and preserve these creatures. During the summer months, holidaymakers can visit Kalamaki or Laganags and take a glass-bottomed boat trip to view the turtles in their natural habitat and even swim with them.
