Ratzakli is a tiny village on the winding road to Skala and Poros, consisting of a huddle of houses which tumble down to splendid Kaminia beach. This is one of Kefalonia's best unspoilt beaches and a famous nesting place for the protected loggerhead turtle. A car is essential for stays in Ratzakli, but there are plenty of amenities within a short drive, such as those in the historic village of Old Skala.
