Ligia and Nikiana share a pretty stretch of coastline just a few minutes drive south of Lefkada Town. They both have pretty fishing harbours with a couple of tavernas renowned for their freshly caught fish and patronised by locals and visitors alike. There is a small selection of shops and cafes along the main road which leads on to the busier resort of Nidri.
The peaceful surroundings of both Ligia and Nikiana are green and wooded with a backdrop of verdant hills and wonderful views across the placid waters dotted with yachts to the mainland. Small shingle beaches line the coast here and all are very sheltered and undeveloped.
A very low key place which just invites you to unwind and relax yet convenient to the amenities of Lefkas Town and Nidri if you fancy a night out.
