A short stroll from Naxos Town, Agios Georgios is rightly famous for it's rolling sandy beach that just seems to go on and on. There are some beach bars and tavernas that line the beach, so refreshments are always easy to find. The village itself has a few hotels which enjoy being set apart from Naxos Town but within a 10 minute walk.
