Before I Book

Does the Website show all availability?

Our website show live mainly availability and is up to date with the best prices, sometimes due to special arrangements we have with owners we have to request the accommodation to make sure that is is available, in which case a price does not appear and you will have to send an e mail request through the system.

Can I book by phone?

If you do not find the holiday you want online or if you have queries or need help with your reservation with the booking you can call us on +44 208 080 6541 and we will be more than happy to help you or make the reservation offline for you.

What financial protection does my holiday have?

Perfect Blue Holidays are are member of the Travel Trust Association our member number is U8921 bonded, meaning your money is 100% safe and you can book with confidence. For more information please visit our TTA page.

Can I add Car Hire, or transfers after booking?

Of course! All optional extras can be added at a later date - subject to availability - but don’t wait too long as car hire groups, for example, can sell out! Call our reservations team to make a booking.

Child seats for Car Hire or Transfers - do I need to bring my own?

Most suppliers provide child seats. This can be added free of charge to your booking but some suppliers do charge, this can be advised at the time of booking.

How do I book a low deposit holiday?

Some airlines require full payment at the time of booking, however we may be able to help find an option which means you only have to pay a 10% deposit. Please call our reservations team on +44 208 080 6541.

When is my balance due?

The balance for your holiday is due 10 weeks prior to departure

Will you take the balance automatically?

No, for security reasons we don’t hold credit or debit card details. We’ll remind you when the balance is due.

How do I pay my balance?

The balance can be paid by using the payment link which is displayed on the website. Payment can also be made over the phone. Please note that there is an extra charge of 2.5% for payments made with credit cards. For use of debit cards there is no extra fee.


What's next?

What kind of travel documents will I receive if the airline ticketless?

Your documents will be emailed to you. You will receive:

  • Directions
  • Taxi transfer voucher (if booked)
  • Car hire voucher(if booked)
  • Contact numbers for your representative.

For certain airlines an E Ticket will be posted. If the airline is ticketless this will be stated on your invoice together with the flight reference to quote at the check in desk. Please note that all Low Cost Carriers require you to have added all your API details and issued your boarding pass before you get to the airport, failing to do so this will create extra costs for you at the time of check in.

When will I receive my travel documents?

Depending on which airline you have booked with documents can be issues sometimes immediately or 10-14 days prior to departure. Please keep a check on your email inbox for documents or boarding passes

Do I need to check-in online?

Yes. For Low Cost Carriers clients are required to check in online from the airline website with their reference number. We advise that you also print your boarding passes.

What is the baggage allowance?

The baggage allowance depends on the airline you‘re travelling with, but we can guarantee a minimum of 15KG per adult and per child. Plus 5kg or 10kg hand luggage. This will be confirmed on your invoice.

Will we be met at the airport?

We do not provide a representative service. However, you will have our local agent's and one of our teams contact details on your documentation should you need any advice or assistance during your holiday.


At our accommodation

What time can I check in to our accommodation?

Villas can be checked in at 13:00pm, although please note that the maids may still be cleaning should you arrive before 4pm. Apartments can be checked in at 11:00pm.

What’s the check-out time of the accommodation?

Check ot time is usually at 10:30. Most accommodation provide an area to leave luggage, please speak to the resort team about this on arrival or during your stay. We regret that we are unable to provide a late check-out option unless the accommodation will be empty on that particular day.This is at an extra cost.

How do I collect the keys to the accommodation?

The keys are in the front door of either the villa or the apartments. If for some reason the keys are missing please let us know.

Who do we call in an emergency when we are on our holiday?

For all bookings we provide a small hamper including the basic eg) water, coffee ,tea etc. Contact numbers for our agents will be in the travel documents (emailed approximately 10-14 days prior to departure). Also it is very important not to forget to take your travel insurance policy details!

Can we arrange for a welcome hamper to be delivered to my villa when I arrive?

Yes. For all bookings we provide a small hamper including the basic eg) water, coffee ,tea etc. If you prefer to have a larger hamper please let us know by either telephone or e-mail and we can arrange this which an extra delivery cost. Please call our reservations team to book.

Are linen and towels provided?

Linen and towels are provided. However, you will need to take your own pool or beach towels.

How often will the accommodation be cleaned during our stay?

The accommodation is cleaned at least twice during the week.

Does the accommodation have English TV channels?

To keep you entertained inside your accommodation, you’ll find a TV which in the villas will have a mix of satellite and local greek channels. Self catering only has local channels. DVD players (and films) are provided at most of our villas.

Will the accommodation have a washing machine?

All villas have washing machines and dishwashers and these are noted under the ‘Facilities’ list on the villa page.

Will an iron and ironing boards be available?

Irons are available at most of the accommodation.

The villa has a BBQ and is the BBQ equipment provided?

All cooking utensils are provided in our villas. You will be required to provide charcoal for traditional BBQs.

Where can I find a list of all facilities at my accommodation, such as WiFi and air-con?

You can find these on the page on our website.
